Frequently Asked Questions
Do you paint with oils or acrylic?
I paint with mostly acrylic paint but sometimes I add some oil pastels.
Can you give me shipping information for your work?
Most items will shipped within two weeks from my studio here in South Carolina. Items that require custom framing may take 3-4 weeks.
Shipping prices vary based on the size of the piece. All shipping prices will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Small items will be shipped through USPS. Larger pieces will be shipped with UPS or an art courier. Currently I ship only to the continental United States. If you are outside the US, please contact me to inquire about shipping your piece.
Digital downloads will be emailed immediately with no shipping charges.
Do you do commissions?
Right now commissions are only through designers for large scale canvases. If you are a designer needing a large-scale piece, please reach out.
Can I visit your studio?
I work in a studio that houses 6 other artists. It is a working studio rather than a retail space so we are not open to the public normally. However, I’m happy to set up an appointment for you to visit if you are interested in a piece you’ve seen online. Also we do participate in Greenville’s Open Studios in the fall, so please follow along on social media for more information about that event.
Can you help me visualize my piece in my home or client’s space?
Yes! I’m happy to create mock ups for you. Please email me the name of the piece you are interested in and a straight on well lit photo of the intended wall space, and I’ll be happy to create a custom mock up for you.
Do you have a trade program for interior designers?
Yes, I’m thrilled to work with designers and offer trade discounts. I also allow pieces to be taken on approval for client showings.
Do you offer framing?
Absolutely. All pieces can be ordered with a frame. If you have a special request for framing, I’m happy to help you find framing that you love.
Do you offer payment or layaway plans?
Yes! At checkout you should see the option to split the final payment into installments. If the piece is over a certain amount, you may not see that option. In that case, email me and I’ll help you set up a payment schedule.
Do you accept returns?
No, all sales are final. If you are in the Greenville, SC area and you feel hesitant about your piece, please contact me to view your piece in person before purchasing. I’m also happy to help you make a good decision by creating a custom mock up for your space with your favorite piece to be sure it works in your space. I want you to be thrilled with your art acquisition.
